Policies

For Your Comfort
• All services include complimentary beverages and snacks.
• To maintain a peaceful environment, we request that all cellular phones be turned off.
• For our guests’ safety, all equipment and instruments are sanitized regularly.
• Robes and smocks are provided; always remove clothing when receiving a chemical service.
• Bella Capelli is a non-smoking environment.
• Bella Capelli is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items; we request that all jewelry and valuables be left at home.

Consultations
• A complimentary 15-minute consultation is required prior to scheduling any chemical service.
• During your personal consultation, your service provider will assess the condition of your hair, schedule the proper time and technique to meet your needs, and provide an estimate of the time and cost involved

Appointments
• Our schedule is designed to provide you with the utmost care and attention. Because we have allotted an appropriate amount of time for your specific service(s), we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to change into a smock or robe, have a beverage and relax.

Cancellations and Changes
• We require a 24-hour notice for all appointment changes and cancellations. Bella Capelli keeps an ongoing waiting list. In order for wait list clients to take advantage of cancellations, this notice is helpful and appreciated.
• A credit card will gladly hold a chain of three or more appointments. A 50% service fee will be charged to the card for any appointments not cancelled within the 24-hour timeframe.

Children’s Policy
• In order to maintain a safe, peaceful and relaxing environment, we ask that children under 10 do not visit the salon unless they are receiving a service.
• Children may not wait unattended in the lobby or processing area.
• Children are not permitted in the spa.

Return Policy
• Refunds will gladly be given on retail items within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.
• Refunds are issued in the same manner of the original purchase. If the receipt is not present, an exchange may be made for another product of equal or lesser value or a refund will be given in the form of a Bella Capelli gift card.
• Bella Capelli cannot refund products purchased at other Aveda locations.

Gratuities
• Tipping is at the discretion of our guests.
