Before attending the Brown Aveda Institute, Kate earned her bachelor’s degree from Kent State University, where she studied Communications; however, she knew her true passion was in the beauty industry. Kate graduated in December 2011 from the Brown Aveda Institute and, as a student intern, we were so impressed by her hard work, dedication, and passion for hair, that we invited her to join our team.
To deepen her knowledge of hair design and color, Kate has studied with the Aveda New York Advanced Academy in Contemporary Foil Placement and Mastering Dimensional Color, as well as, Advanced Color Placement with Aveda Global Educator, Jeffrey Scott. Kate has also been certified as a Goldwell Master Colorist in Santa Monica, California.
Along with being a color and corrective color specialist at Bella Capelli, Kate is also one of our color educators, teaching our new talent how to create the perfect hair color.
Kate was licensed in 2012.
Kate is currently only accepting new color clients.
